How it works
From your story to the right person.
Seven steps, in order, with nothing hidden between them. ANOVENA navigates and orients — it does not diagnose, does not treat, and makes no promises of cure.
- 1
Tell us what is going on
In your own words. No form, no medical vocabulary.
Write what troubles you, since when, and what you have already tried — the way you would tell a good friend. Before any analysis happens, names, contact details, addresses and dates of birth are stripped out of your text. If a language model is involved at all, it never receives them. - 2
Check that we understood you
Your story comes back structured, and every line is editable.
Complaints, how long they have lasted, what has already been investigated, and what you want out of this. Correct anything that is wrong. Only the version you confirm is used for everything that follows — we would rather ask twice than build on a misunderstanding. - 3
The safety check
Before anything else, and before any payment.
Everyone is asked the same short set of questions, whatever they described, and your own words are scanned separately. If a warning sign appears, you are routed straight to medical care with the relevant numbers — and nothing is suggested and nothing is sold to you on that screen. That block is not a message on a page. The database refuses to store suggestions or a payment for a flagged case, so it holds even if the rest of the software were wrong. - 4
The resonance check
Optional, about thirty seconds, and skippable without penalty.
Eight sliders about how you want to be accompanied: how much explanation you want, whether studies or long practice reassure you, how gentle a pace suits you. This shapes which people we suggest — never which medicine, and never what appears on your map. Skip it and you get the same three practitioners, in a slightly different order. - 5
Your orientation map
The fields that could explain your symptoms — and why each one is there.
Not a diagnosis, and not a list. Your account sits at the centre, connected to the explanation fields that fit what you described. A thicker line means the field fits your account more strongly. Dashed lines show where two fields are connected to each other, so you can see why they are being considered together rather than as alternatives.Every connection carries an evidence grade and a plain-language reason drawn from your own words:AGuideline medicineRecognised in medical guidelines, with established diagnostics.BMechanistically groundedAn understood biological mechanism, with a growing body of study.CExperiential knowledgeKnowledge from long-standing practice, not established by trials.Tap any field to see the reasons behind it, what its grade means, and how it connects to the rest of your map. You can take the whole thing to your own doctor. - 6
Exactly three suggestions
Vetted practitioners who fit your case and fit you.
At most three, and never padded. If our network cannot honestly fill three places for your case, we show you fewer and say so rather than adding someone weaker. Profiles stay anonymised — no surname, no address, no contact details — until a booking is confirmed and paid. - 7
Request, confirm, and book
The practitioner accepts before any money changes hands.
You send a request; the practitioner sees your confirmed summary and decides whether they can genuinely help. Only after they confirm — and after a short safety re-check — do you book, paying the practitioner's own fee, with the commission shown to you in full.Your case then stays with you for 90 days, including a second round of suggestions if the first path turns out not to fit.
Ready when you are.
All practitioner profiles and cases shown in this demo are fictional. No real money changes hands.
