This document is a working draft. The legal opinion required before the first paid case has not been commissioned yet, so nothing here has been reviewed by a lawyer and none of it should be relied on. The factual parts describe what the system genuinely does; the outstanding items are listed at the end.
What the service is and what it is not — written plainly, because the boundary below is the single most important thing on this site. The contractual apparatus around it is outstanding.
What ANOVENA is
ANOVENA navigates and orients. It structures what you tell us, checks it for warning signs, shows possible explanation fields with their evidence, and suggests vetted practitioners.
ANOVENA does not diagnose, does not treat, and makes no promise of cure. Nothing here replaces medical advice, and nothing here should delay you seeking it. The orientation map is a set of directions worth exploring with a professional — not a finding about you.
The optional astro glance is written by an external astrology service from your birth details. ANOVENA does not write it, verify it or endorse it. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical opinion and not a recommendation of any kind, it carries no evidence grade because there is no evidence to grade, and it has no bearing on your orientation map, your safety check or which practitioners you are shown.

Practitioners in the network
Practitioners are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. We verify identity, qualifications and references before a profile goes live, and we exclude offerings involving controlled substances. Responsibility for the care they provide rests with them.
What you pay for
Unlocking a case is a one-time charge for orientation: your full map with its reasoning, your suggestions, and practitioner confirmation before any booking. A booking is a separate payment of the practitioner’s own fee, from which we take a commission that is shown to you in full.
If no practitioner confirms within five business days and no alternative can be found, the case unlock is refunded.
This build
This deployment is a demonstration. All practitioner profiles and cases are fictional, no payment provider is connected, and no money changes hands.
